Cookie Policy
Which cookies this site uses, why, and how to control them.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to store, then sends back on later requests to the same site. Cookies are commonly used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, or — on many other sites, though not this one — to track browsing activity for advertising.
2. Cookies this site sets
Every cookie below is necessary for the site to work, so it doesn't require your consent — we're listing it here for transparency.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in cookie | Keeps you signed in to a staff, parent, or student portal session. | Up to 8 hours of inactivity, or until you sign out |
| Security cookie | Confirms that a form submission genuinely came from this site, protecting your account from a common type of attack. | Browser session |
3. Third-party content
Where the School has configured a campus location, our Contact page displays a map using OpenStreetMap. Loading that map is a request directly from your browser to OpenStreetMap's own servers, under their own privacy terms — this site doesn't control it. If you'd rather avoid that, use the "Get directions" link instead of opening the map.
4. Managing cookies
Because every cookie we set is necessary for the site to work, blocking or deleting it will simply sign you out rather than change any tracking behaviour. You can manage or clear cookies at any time through your browser's settings (usually under Privacy/Security > Cookies and site data).
5. Changes to this policy
If the cookies this site uses ever change — for example, if analytics are introduced in future — we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
